For merchants with physical stores, click redeem and flash the redeemed page to the merchant upon ordering or payment.

For online merchants, click redeem to retrieve the promo code. Then, enter the promo code at the merchant's website upon checkout.

There may be some merchants who require you to make appointment/ reservation, please read each particular reward's redemption method carefully.
